Since 2019, Matheon's application-oriented mathematical research activities are being continued in the framework of the Cluster of Excellence MATH+

Institutional Cooperation

Matheon has entered institutional cooperation agreements with various Research Centers abroad. These bilateral cooperation agreements are founded on mutual respect between the respective Centers and the recognition that many of the aims of the Centers are similar, and are established in the belief that collaboration between the Centers will bring added value to both parties.

Currently we cooperate with the following Centers:

  • 4TU.AMI – The Applied Mathematics Institute of the 4TU.Federation in the Netherlands;
  • BCAM – Basque Center for Applied Mathematics in Basque Country, Spain;
  • CMM – Center for Mathematical Modeling in Chile;
  • ICM – Interdisciplinary Centre for Mathematical and Computational Modelling in Poland.

Furthermore, Matheon plays an active role in EU-MATHS-IN, the European Service Network of Mathematics for Industry and Innovation. , the European Service Network of Mathematics for Industry and Innovation.
