Scientific Advisory BoardThe Scientific Advisory Board supports and fosters the DFG Research Center Mathematic for key technologies. It gives advice in scientific, technological, and organizational matters, for instance with a view to national and international cooperations and contacts to industry. The Board shall make recommendations for the long-term development of the Matheon and may suggest to take up new application areas. The Scientific Advisory Board shall take action on special problems of the DFG Research Center if requested by the Center's operating institutions or the Matheon.
The Board shall meet once a year. The last meetings were held February
23-24, 2004, February 21-22, 2005, July 17-18, 2006, July 12-13, 2007, June 26-27, 2008, June 15-16, 2009 and May 5-6, 2011.
